This policy applies to every equipment rental and production quote issued by Ashley Systems LLC. When you approve a quote we reserve specific inventory, crew, and trucks against your dates, and a late cancellation takes that equipment away from other productions. The schedule below is the same one printed on your quote.
Cancellation schedule
Days are counted from the date we receive your written notice to your event date, or to the scheduled equipment-out date if that comes first.

Date changes
Rescheduling is handled on request and is subject to equipment and crew availability. A date change does not restart the cancellation schedule: if a rescheduled order is later cancelled, the tiers above are measured against the original event date.
How to cancel
Email [email protected] with your quote number and event date. Notice is effective on the date we receive it, and we confirm every cancellation in writing. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
