Ashley Systems is a specialized audiovisual technical production and engineering firm founded in 2020 in New York City. What started as a small operation born out of a passion for live sound engineering has grown into a full-service AV production company trusted by some of the biggest names in music, fashion, and corporate events.
Our Team
Our engineering team brings deep roots in New York’s live event scene — backgrounds spanning audio engineering, system design, and technical production, from underground warehouse parties in Brooklyn to large-scale concerts and fashion shows for global brands. We take a hands-on approach, personally overseeing system tuning and show engineering on-site at every event.

We provide end-to-end AV production for events of every scale:
- Sound System Design & Engineering — d&b audiotechnik line arrays, point-source systems, and complete PA solutions designed with ArrayCalc for precise, predictable coverage
- LED Video Walls — ROE Visual and INFiLED panels with Brompton processing, custom-configured for concerts, brand activations, and immersive installations
- Projection — Barco laser projectors from 9,000 to 27,000 lumens for conferences, projection mapping, and outdoor screenings
- Lighting Design — Chauvet, Astera, ETC, GLP, and grandMA consoles for stage lighting, uplighting, and atmospheric design
- DJ & Backline — Pioneer, Technics, Allen & Heath, and complete DJ booth setups for nightlife and events
- Video Production — Multi-camera IMAG, live switching, recording, and streaming
- Staging & Scenic — Modular stages, truss, pipe and drape, and custom scenic elements

Authorized Dealer
Ashley Systems is an authorized dealer for d&b audiotechnik, Martin Audio, and Meyer Sound. This means direct access to the latest equipment, factory training, and manufacturer support — not rental house hand-me-downs. On the video side we stock and deploy Barco laser projectors and ROE Visual and INFiLED LED panels with Brompton processing.
