The Robe iFORTE is the flagship of Robe’s IP65-rated iSeries — a full-feature LED moving head profile built around the patented iSE-TE 1,000W White LED Transferable Engine, delivering up to 50,000 lumens and 113,000 lx at 5 m. The 13-lens, 11:1 optical system covers a 5°–55° zoom range through a 180 mm parCoat-treated front lens. Color tools run deep: smooth CMY mixing, variable CTO from 3,000K to 6,700K, ChromaTint plus/minus green correction, and two five-slot dichroic color wheels. For texture and shaping you get two rotating gobo wheels (six indexable glass gobos each, slot-and-lock replaceable), an aluminium animation wheel, stacked MLP six-facet linear and circular prisms, MagFrost 1°/5° exchangeable frosts, a motorized iris, and the patented Plano4 framing module with four individually positionable blades plus ±60° frame rotation — all behind an 18-bit L3 dimming curve and Cpulse flicker-free output for HD/UHD broadcast.
Control covers USITT DMX-512, RDM, ArtNet, sACN, MA Net/MA Net2, and built-in LumenRadio CRMX wireless, over two DMX modes (54/56 channels) with 16-bit pan/tilt across 540°/270° of movement. Connections are fully weatherized: IP65 powerCON TRUE1 in, locking 5-pin XLR data, and RJ45 with Epass pass-through that holds network integrity even when the fixture is unpowered. RAINS active moisture management, POLAR+ cold-weather standby (operational to -50°C), MAPS motionless calibration, and EMS motion stabilization keep it show-ready in any conditions. At 42.5 kg it carries only a 1.5 kg penalty over the indoor FORTE, rigging on standard omega brackets with five pairs of quarter-turn points, and its 22 dB(A) super-quiet mode suits theatre and on-camera work.
